Between the Douro and the Atlantic
From the ample, westward-facing balconies, you can sometimes sense the sea air, a privilege for those choosing to live in Foz do Douro, one of Porto’s most exclusive areas. This quarter is known for quiet streets, diverse high-quality local businesses and, above all, the nearby oceanfront footway.

Behind a contemporary, sober but elegant façade, clad entirely in concrete, we find six apartments of different types (T1, T2 and T4) spread over five floors, all with spacious covered balconies overlooking the landscape.

Intimate family setting
To ensure privacy, each floor comprises only one apartment, while floor -1 (the basement) is reserved for storage rooms and ten parking spaces. With interiors covered in natural stone, every room purposely faces east to take advantage of the natural light.
