Between the mountains and the sea, in one of Cascais’ trendiest and most exclusive areas, the Casas da Areia condominium also represents one of UNIPAR's most prestigious projects.
Near Quinta da Marinha, surrounded by extensive golf courses and only a few kilometers away from Serra de Sintra and the beautiful Guincho Beach, its seven original and totally independent villas fit seamlessly into the surrounding nature.
