Investing in quality housing developments for ten years
UNIPAR is an exclusively family-owned company that carries on its business in the real estate development area.
With a structure that’s both small and efficient, since 2012 UNIPAR has erected several residential projects in prime locations in Lisbon, Porto and Cascais. Particularly noteworthy is the LAPA 111 project, which received the National Real Estate Award in 2015, in the housing category, from Magazine Imobiliário.
Board of Directors Chairman Carlos Vaz Pardal, founder of REFUNDOS - SGFII, has always been closely connected to Real Estate Investment Fund legislation, along with his several decades’ experience in the industry. He also served as APFIPP General Assembly chairman for several years.
Miguel Vaz Pardal, managing partner of UNIPAR, was also a director of REFUNDOS, with over twenty years’ experience in company administration and management.
It is a UNIPAR rule that no project can be successful without teamwork.
